I feel grateful to have met Dr. Marco Ruggierio, MD, PhD, the inventor of Bravo, a unique and highly diverse probiotic.
I‘ve studied Nutrition for years and learned about Bravo while working with one of our board members, Dr. Jerry Blythe, MD. After using Bravo myself for several months, my before and after results were published in the American Journal of Immunology.
The benefits of Bravo fit with the mission of my non-profit organization, KINH NFP. I wanted others to learn about this special supplement. I enjoy making fresh Bravo yogurt in my own kitchen for family and friends. I also use Bravo in pill form when I travel. The pill form and the yogurt are similar, but I prefer making the yogurt. Bravo yogurt is easy to make and KINH has a power point and produced a video showing how I make the yogurt.

Bravo is a unique highly diverse probiotic. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria found mostly in the gut. There are around 1,000 strains of microorganisms in the gut, about 40% beneficial. Bravo is made of over 300 of the beneficial strains, or more precisely, DNA signatures based on a Microbiome Array analysis.
Bravo is produced in Switzerland and is fermented with colostrum, possibly one of the few probiotics in the world that does this. Its biodiversity is unique as well. The inventor is an MD, PhD and former professor from Europe who worked with pharmaceutical companies and the National Institute of Health.
Bravo produces an astonishing number of small molecules with powerful biological activity that are believed to benefit all organs and systems in the body including the brain.
These microbes “talk” 24/7 with every system in our body, storing and exchanging information for keeping us healthy.
However, disease, pollution, infections and age all weaken the Microbiome.
The body is designed to take care of itself but occasionally needs help.
Bravo helps restore a healthy balance in the Microbiome, and is believed to help the body deal with a number of infections and diseases.
Bravo does this by boosting the immune system to keep the body healthy. 70% to 80% of the immune system is in the gut Microbiome.
Bravo also comes in pill form and requires no refrigeration or special storage. People can also make Bravo as and yogurt a consume it as a drink.
I use both forms of Bravo. There are also Bravo products for lactose intolerant people using juices.
